The Building Official for the City of Zanesville is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with an accredited Institution, having as part of its curriculum training designed to teach the basics of electrical wiring and installations, to administer testing for the purpose of issuance of Residential Electrical licenses and certificates. The examination shall be approved by the Building Official and the Ohio Board of Building Standards' Certified Electrical Inspector employed or under contract with the City of Zanesville.
