175.01 APPOINTMENTS.

An Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Advisory Board shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to approval by City Council. However, one member of the Board shall be a Councilperson selected by the Chairperson of the Public Safety Committee, and approved by Council.
