926.11 ADJUSTMENTS TO STORM WATER SERVICE CHARGES.
   Increase adjustments can be made to non-residential service charges by the owners adding
impervious area such as rooftops, parking lots, driveways or walkways. Decrease adjustments can
be made to non-residential service charges by owners performing activities that reduce the impact of stormwater runoff to the stormwater system.
