926.05 STORMWATER UTILITY PROGRAM ENTERPRISE FUND.
   All service charges and all sources of revenue generated by or on behalf of the stormwater
utility shall be deposited in a stormwater utility enterprise fund and used exclusively for the purposes of the stormwater utility.
