928.04 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL PERMITS.
   (a)   Single family residential lots 6,000 square feet and smaller: Stormwater drainage permits shall be issued for lots not exceeding 6,000 square feet with one single family residential home. All applications for storm drainage permits shall be submitted to the Director on forms supplied by the City along with the appropriate permit fee. Information to be supplied for the single family residential stormwater drainage permit shall include the following plus any additional information requested by the Director.
      (1)   Property address.
      (2)   Property owner’s name and address.
      (3)   Drawing showing:
         A.   Property dimensions.
         B.   Local streets.
         C.   Any relevant drainage information that the property owner is aware of.
      (4)   Changes to the lot that the property owner is proposing.
   (b)   Single family residential lots 6,001 square feet and larger: Stormwater drainage permits shall be issued for lots exceeding 6,001 square feet with one single family residential home. All applications for storm drainage permits shall be submitted to the Director on forms supplied by the City along with the appropriate permit fee. Information to be supplied for the single family residential stormwater drainage permit shall include the following plus any additional information requested by the Director.
      (1)   Property address.
      (2)   Property owner’s name and address.
      (3)   Contact person’s name and address.
      (4)   Site map showing:
         A.   Property dimensions and acreage.
         B.   Local streets.
         C.   Area draining onto property.
         D.   Stormwater discharge points from property.
         E.   Existing drainage patterns.
         F.   Existing and proposed type of surfaces.
         G.   Location and size of structures and storm drainage facilities.
         H.   Profiles of existing and proposed storm drainage structures with the site.
         I.   Delineation of flood zones.
      (5)   Report including:
         A.   Description of proposed changes to the surface and stormwater drainage facilities.
         B.   Drawings and specifications of proposed changes.
         C.   Master storm plan(s) delineating existing and proposed drainage tributary areas.
