(a) All proposed changes in the storm drainage system shall meet the requirements of the stormwater drainage regulations. Permits shall be secured for all development and/or changes to the storm drainage system. The issuance of permits does not constitute any expressed or implied responsibility from the City of any damages as a result of the construction of the changes described.
(b) All applicable stormwater management design shall conform to the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission’s Stormwater Design Manual, including any City of Zanesville addendums included therein.
