167.02 REPRESENTATION BY CITY.
   The representation of this City on the Regional Council of Governments shall consist of the following:
   (a)   Mayor,
   (b)   Director of Community Development,
   (c)   One member of Council appointed by the President of Council with concurrence of Council, for a one-year term.
