159.03 MEETINGS.

The Zanesville Municipal Airport Commission shall meet at least once each year and shall have such additional meetings as may be called by the Mayor or any three members of the Commission. The Commission shall establish such rules of procedure as it deems necessary for the conduct of its meetings.
