There is hereby created the Zanesville Municipal Airport Commission which shall serve in an advisory capacity to the Mayor and Council on matters relating to the Zanesville Municipal Airport. It shall make recommendations and give advice on proposed capital improvements, annual budget requests, and any other item pertaining to the airport. The Commission may work with the City, local business and industry, local organizations or others to promote the Zanesville Municipal Airport.
