The contract combining the health districts shall become effective on January 1, 1971, and shall remain in full force and effect until terminated by all parties hereto; provided, however, the City may withdraw from the contract or the District Advisory Council may terminate the contract, upon giving at least six months written notice of intention to withdraw or terminate to the other party.
