141.04 NATURE AND EXTENT OF SERVICE.

The public health service to be provided for the City and for the townships and villages of Muskingum County shall be those that are required by the Ohio Revised Code and the Ohio Sanitary Code, and such other services as are duly authorized or required by regulations of the Muskingum County General Health District and can be furnished within the amount of money appropriated to the combined Board of Health.
