The Chief Executive is hereby authorized and directed to confer with the Chairman of the District Advisory Council of the Muskingum County General Health District in regard to the union of the health districts and to enter into a contract to combine the health districts and to form a combined Board of Health as provided for in Ohio R.C. 3709.07.
