No person under the age of eighteen shall be permitted to play any “Skill-based amusement machine” as defined in Chapter 2915 of the Ohio Revised Code unless said machine only awards merchandise prizes clearly of a nature intended for minor children; nor shall any person under the age of eighteen be permitted to enter any amusement arcade which contains “Skill-based amusement machines” other than those which only award merchandise prizes clearly of a nature intended for minor children. Said restriction shall be displayed and enforced by the owner or exhibitor of any such mechanical amusement device, and of any such amusement arcade.
