1513.06 NONLIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.

The City shall in no case be liable for damages due to failure to answer any fire call or for lack of speed in answering any call or for any inadequacy of equipment, negligent operation of apparatus, failure to extinguish any fire, or for any other cause arising out of operation of such contract.
