In addition to the "Readiness To Serve Charge" established in Section 1513.03, the following charge for dispatching fire apparatus for the purpose of answering a fire call to any contracting party is established:
(a) For single or duplex dwellings with appurtenant outbuildings, the charge shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) for each piece of equipment used to answer a fire call; five dollars ($5.00) for each mile or fraction thereof traveled by each piece of equipment in going to such fire or place from which such call was made; and fifty dollars ($50.00) per hour for each hour or fraction thereof for service at such fire or fire call by each piece of apparatus.
(b) For structures other than those listed in subsection (a) hereof, the charge shall be one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per call for each piece of apparatus for the first two hours or fraction thereof, and in addition there shall be a charge of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) per hour or fraction thereof beyond the two-hour period for each piece of apparatus.
(c) Charges shall be paid within thirty days of the date the bill is rendered.
(d) Failure to pay charges under this section within the period allowed shall constitute grounds for an immediate lapse of such contract and the same will not be activated nor renewed unless all charges for services rendered are paid in full.
