1513.02 CONTRACTS WITH CORPORATIONS AND PROPERTY OWNERS.

The Director of Public Safety is hereby authorized to contract with any person, firm or corporation owning or having an interest in property outside the limits of the City, but within Muskingum County, for the purpose of furnishing fire protection for a period not to exceed three years.
