133.03 SUBDEPARTMENTS; EMPLOYMENT OF PERSONNEL.

The Director of Public Service may establish such subdepartments as are necessary and determine the number of superintendents, deputies, inspectors, engineers, clerks, laborers and other persons necessary for the execution of the work and the performance of the duties of each subdepartment.
