Whoever violates any provision of this Part Thirteen - Building Code, or any provision of the standard technical codes adopted by the City as part of this Code, or any rule, regulation or order issued by the Building Official or his designee pursuant to this Code, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be guilty of a third degree misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in Section 501.99 of the General Offenses Code. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day or portion thereof during which any violation is committed, continued or permitted.
