(a) For the demolition of residential structures located on the same parcel including all detached accessory structures the fee shall be seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
(b) For the demolition of commercial structures located on the same parcel the fee shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00). If the aggregate square footage exceeds 5000 then a demolition bond sufficient to cover the cost of the removal of all debris and restoration of the property to a maintainable condition, as determined by the Building Official of the City of Zanesville, must be provided to the City of Zanesville.
(c) For the demolition of a residential accessory structure greater than 200 square feet the fee shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
(d) For commencing a residential demolition prior to the issuance of a permit the fee shall be three hundred seventy-five dollars ($375.00).
(e) For commencing a commercial demolition prior to the issuance of a permit the fee shall be six hundred dollars ($600.00).
