Accessory structures of less than 200 square feet shall be exempt from the structural fee and shall require Zoning and Stormwater approval only. Decks and porches not exceeding 200 square feet in area, that are more than thirty inches above grade at any point, and/or are attached to a dwelling and/or serve a required means of egress are not exempt from the provisions of this section.
