As used in the ICC International Property Maintenance Code adopted herein, the following terms shall have the meaning set forth:
(a) Jurisdiction. The term "jurisdiction", "name of jurisdiction", or "municipality" shall refer to the City of Zanesville, Ohio.
(b) Building Official and Code Official. The terms "Building Official" and "Code Official" shall both refer to the Building Official of the City (the head of the Building Code Enforcement Division of the Department of Public Safety), or his designee, who is hereby charged with the administration and enforcement of this Code.
