1305.02 AVAILABILITY OF CODE.

In accordance with Ohio R. C. 731.231, a complete copy of the ICC International Property Maintenance Code, as adopted herein, is on file with the Clerk of Council, for public inspection and also on file in the County Law Library. The Clerk of Council shall make copies of the Code and this chapter available to the public at cost.
