121.03 FEE WAIVER FOR PERMITS OF CITY EMPLOYEES.

The Mayor of the City of Zanesville is authorized to waive fees for permits for work performed by City employees as part of the normal operation of the City. The Mayor is further authorized, in compliance with state and federal law, to determine which work or services provided between City divisions shall be reimbursed.
