All regular meetings of Council shall begin at 7:00 p.m. unless changed by the President of Council or a 2/3 majority of members of Council (6 votes). In the event of a change in the meeting time, all Council members must be notified at least twenty-four hours before the time of the meeting. Notification is to be made by the Clerk of Council.
