111.02 SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   Special meetings may be called by the Clerk of Council upon the written request of the Mayor, President of Council or any three members of Council upon at least twenty-four hours' notice to each member by the Clerk of Council. Any such request shall state the subject to be considered at the meeting, and no other subjects shall be considered.
