To accomplish the purposes of this Zoning Code, the City is hereby divided and classified into the following zoning districts:

C-2 | Community and Regional Commercial District |
C-3 | Downtown Commercial District |
C-4 | Highway Commercial District |
(c) Office and Industrial Districts.
O-1 | Local Office District |
O-2 | Office Park District |
I-1 | Industrial District |
(d) Special Districts.
AE | Agriculture and Estate District |
