(a) A curfew on the use of the City parks is hereby imposed from 10:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. from May 1 to September 15 of each year and from 8:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. from September 16 to April 30 of each year, provided, however, that such curfew shall not apply to any organized activity authorized by the City or to any organized activity approved by the City and given a special permit.
(b) The proper City official is hereby directed to cause signs to be posted at all City parks setting forth the curfew hours.
