951.06 DIRECTOR RESPONSIBLE FOR DIVISION OPERATION.

The Director of Public Service is hereby charged with the responsibility of operating the Division of Garbage and Refuse Collection, and is authorized to establish by regulation the operating details of such Division as to the manner of pick-up, frequency of pick-up, location of receptacles and the like.
