937.04 TAMPERING WITH FIRE HYDRANTS.

Any person, other than a duly authorized representative of the City tampering in any way with or turning on a fire plug for lawn sprinkling, or any other purpose, without written consent of the City shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
