Any person who knowingly makes any false statements, representation, record, report, plan or other document filed with the City, or who falsifies, tampers with or knowingly renders inaccurate any monitoring device or method required by this chapter or violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
