924.05 ANNUAL AUDIT OF SEWER FUND.

(a) The City Auditor shall prepare an annual audit of the Sewer Fund which will be submitted to the State Auditor as a part of the "Report of Receipts and Expenditures" required by Ohio R.C. 117.06.

(b) An annual audit shall be performed by the City Auditor of the Sewer Operation, Maintenance and Replacement Budget for determination of sewer rates. Adjustments shall be made as necessary.
