924.01 RENTAL FOR SEWAGE SERVICES.

It is declared necessary and conducive to the protection of the public health, safety and welfare of the City to levy and collect service charges or sewer rentals on all occupied premises, served by, connected with, or having access to the sewage works of the City. The proceeds of these charges or rentals shall be used as specified in this chapter.
