923.18 RECORDS RETENTION.

All persons subject to this chapter shall retain and preserve for no less than three years, any records, books, documents, memoranda, reports, correspondence and any and all summaries relating to monitoring, sampling and chemical analysis made by or on his behalf in connection with his discharge.
