Unpolluted wastewater from air conditioning, cooling or condensing systems, or from swimming pools shall be discharged to a storm sewer. Where a storm sewer is not available, unpolluted wastewater shall be discharged to a combined sewer or to a natural outlet, only with approval of the Director and the OEPA. Where neither a storm sewer, combined sewer nor natural outlet is available unpolluted wastewater may be discharged to a sanitary sewer only with the written approval of the Director. (Ord. 82-211.
