911.17 PEG REQUIREMENTS FOR OPEN VIDEO SYSTEMS.

Any applicant who receives a certificate from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to provide Open Video Systems within the City shall notify the City of any such certification. Any Applicant that operates any Open Video System within the City shall comply with all applicable laws and FCC rules and regulations including those in support for public education and government access (PEG).
