911.15 TEMPORARY MOVEMENT OF FACILITIES.
In the event it is necessary to move or temporarily remove any of Permittee's wires, cables, poles, or other facilities placed pursuant to this chapter, in order to lawfully move a large object, vehicle, building or other structure over the streets of the City, the Permittee shall, upon two (2) weeks written notice from the Director, comply with the Director's request. Any such movement of facilities will be at the expense of the person requesting the movement. Prior to issuing such notice the Director will require persons requesting such movement or temporary removal to furnish evidence of prior payment by the requester to the Permittee of the cost of such movement or temporary removal. The Director may extend the time period for compliance upon written request of a Permittee and upon the Director's determination that such time extension will not result in any undue hardship, delay or inconvenience to the City.
