907.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree punishable pursuant to the provisions of Section 541.06 of the General Offenses Code. A separate offense shall be deemed for each tree that is pruned, planted or removed while any section of this chapter is violated.
