The following actions shall be prohibited:
(a) The attachment of signs, advertisements or any other man-made device to trees located in rights of way, City-owned property and Historic Overlay Districts;
(b) Causing injury to trees located in rights of way, City-owned property or Historic Overlay Districts;
(c) Placing salt, brine, petroleum products, weed killers or any other substances in such an amount as to be injurious to trees located in rights of way, City-owned property or Historic Overlay Districts; and
(d) Actions prohibited by the City Tree Manual.
