907.09 INSTALLATION/PLANTING.

The installation/planting of trees in rights of way, City-owned property or Historic Overlay Districts shall occur through the express approval of the Zanesville Shade Tree Commission which shall be guided by the City Tree Manual, Urban Forestry Plan and the most current techniques approved by the industry, ANSI and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.
