907.08 PLANTING, PRUNING, TRIMMING AND TOPPING METHODS.

All planting, pruning, trimming and topping of trees must be performed in accordance with the City Tree Manual, Urban Forestry Plan, or the most current techniques used by the industry, approved by ANSI or the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.
