907.07 APPEAL.

An applicant may appeal any decision of the Zanesville Shade Tree Commission to the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City. Appeals shall be prepared in accordance with the rules governing the Board of Zoning Appeals and shall be accompanied by a seventy-five dollar filing fee. (Ord. 06-37A. Passed 5-9-06.)
