907.06 REVIEW PROCESS AND CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL.

The Zanesville Shade Tree Commission shall review applications at its monthly meeting and shall by majority vote approve the application as submitted, approve the application subject to conditions or modifications, or deny the application. If the application is approved, a certificate of approval shall be issued and signed by the chairperson of the Commission.
