The width and location of sidewalks are hereby established as follows: Upon all streets having part of the sidewalks in, the walks shall conform to the same width and location as other walks on the same street, unless otherwise ordered by the Director of Public Service. Upon all streets having no sidewalks, the width and location of new walks shall be only as ordered by the Director or as adopted by Council.
