Thence South 87° 19' 52" East, 320.0 feet to a point on the west right-of-way line of the aforesaid road; thence along said right-of-way the following three (3) courses and distances: South 02° 40' 08" West, 22 feet to an iron pin; thence South 08° 22' 46" West, 201.0 feet to an iron pin; thence South 02° 40' 08" West, 60 feet to the place of beginning.
