737.08 SIGNS AND DISCLOSURE OF OWNERSHIP.
   (a)   At each entrance to a parking lot or garage, there shall be a sign, with letters not less than six inches high, showing the name of the operator, the hours of operation and a schedule of rates.
   (b)   Violation notices used on honor system or parking meter type lots shall also clearly show the ownership of the facility, and if the facility is named in such a way that it may mislead the public as to ownership, a clear statement that such facility is neither owned by nor operated by the City shall also be printed on such violation notice.
