Any machines, apparatus, contrivance or device which is adapted to or may be readily converted into a gambling device, which shall have been exhibited or made use of, by any owner or exhibitor, in violation of the terms of this chapter, may be seized and destroyed in compliance with the terms and provisions in the statutes of the State relating to gambling devices.
