729.12 APPEAL FROM DENIAL OR REVOCATION.
   A licensee who has been refused a license or whose license has been revoked, may appeal in writing to the Board of Zoning Appeals of Zanesville within thirty days after the date of mailing of the notice of denial or revocation.
