The license of any person, firm or corporation issued pursuant to this chapter may be suspended or revoked by the Director of Public Safety if he has cause to believe that the owner or exhibitor has engaged in any criminal activity which would have precluded the issuance of the license in the first place, has permitted an unlicensed machine to be exhibited or used, has failed to pay the appropriate taxes due the City of Zanesville, has made a material misrepresentation on any application filed with the City, has misrepresented any information submitted on any City tax filing, has committed any act which renders him or her of unfit moral character, exhibits any machine or device which violates any statutes, ordinances or regulations concerning gambling, or violates any of the terms of this chapter.
