729.08 CHARITABLE OR RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION.

No license fee shall be charged for mechanical amusement devices exhibited or amusement arcades operated solely for the direct benefit of a charitable, benevolent, religious or eleemosynary institution. (Ord. 08-14. Passed 1-28-08.)
