729.04 DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SAFETY RESPONSIBLE FOR LICENSE ISSUANCE.
   The Director of Public Safety is hereby authorized to issue the licenses required by this chapter, upon fulfillment of the requirements set forth in this chapter.
